It is easy to understand the statement and accept it. However, if someone says the actual figure is about 30 per 100,000 population a year in Arunachal Pradesh it would be difficult to understand how this is possible [2].

The Diagnostic camp at Lada was a revelation. It helped us understand why the surgical coverage is so low at Arunachal Pradesh. The diagnostic camp was arranged by Hope Health Center at Bhalukpong and was sponsored by the NIHR - GHRG project of the University of Leeds.
