    Restless leg syndrome with typical presentation in nights during sleep usually in female patients need to be treated with quinine usual dose. But caution needed for cardiac symptoms. . But in my experience we did not come across any side effects.
    But lumbar canal stenosis usually occurs in elderly with other co morbid conditions. Treat lumbar canal stenosis with spinal traction. This gives symptomatic relief. These are two different entities. Further information may be needed to manage
